Hello, my brother bought something here worth 200 dollars. He started with 35, then was asked to pay another 50, and then another 120; I don't understand why, because I see the game was listed at 35. I’m not really an expert, but that’s what I see on the site, and I wanted to politely ask if it’s possible to get a refund. Thank you.
